How To Set Up Blackberry Z10

  1. antonyw999's Avatar

My Z10 won't get past the agreement section of the initial startup process. I keep getting Unable to connect to the network, please effort irresolute your settings. My SIM is fine (using it in another telephone at present), I've tried different WiFi networks and go along getting the same error. Tweeted @BlackBerryhelp and they're merely ignoring me. Anyone had this problem and solved it?

Now all back to normal. Connected to BlackBerry Link, ignored the bulletin that says "delight disconnect your device, finish initial setup then reconnect", went into options and restored software. Couple of hours later, hey presto, a fully functional Z10.

Were you using a "cut" sim card? (mini sim cut to micro?)

Thank you. It happens to me, too. I've give that a try with BlackBerry Link.

I was attempting to setup my Z10 with my mobile hotspot. The connectedness did interruption once at the Agreement screen and it's likely that has screwed up some states at that place. BlackBerry should fix this bug. (Perhaps already stock-still?)

    hey what you exercise is,
    ane-take out your sim card
    2-install blackberry link,
3-get to settings and so to reload device software,
4-it will take an hour to practice this
(it may enquire you to change device driver settings considering your phone wont turn itself off in the install, if and then so follow the instructions)
five-information technology volition reboot and restore your software to factory settings (practise non put your sim card in)
6-go through the setup procedure and skip where it asks you for your mobile network
seven-complete the rest of the steps to end the setup and you should be able to reinstall your sim carte subsequently the setup

Install using previous version and dont do the update at all. Download the file then do the installation using bb link. Just follow the instruction and surely you will pass through the third screen..

The problem is z10 is not working well with the current update.

    Hope it works to you..
